Now that symptoms are settling and energy is returning, we'll help you gradually reintroduce. foods, rebuild your microbiome, and build a steady healthy routine that fits your life and supports your well-being for the long term.

You'll leave this phase with more clarity, confidence, and connection to your body.

Initial 90-minute intake session to assess current diet, lifestyle and goal-setting, followed by (4) 30-60 minute follow-up sessions to assess progress and reviseprotocols.

This is where we go over your health history, your food intake, and what you have or have not tried before. Functional Lab Tests may be suggested to uncover the guesswork and create a more targeted approach.

My name is Matthew Marsella and I work as a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies and I am inspired to help those with gut health, specifically those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I also suffered from digestive issues- I felt self-conscious about my weight, I felt bloated all the time and, on top of that, I had crazy skin reactions! I discovered Holistic Nutrition, and now I live symptom free. I aim to help heal your gut and achieve optimal health through proper eating habits, nutritional supplementation and stressreduction techniques.

I look to get to the root cause by examining your current goals and health concerns coupled with your symptomatology, past medical history and current dietary habits to create a road map towards optimal health.
